  • Clinical Note Analysis: If you use the clinical note analysis feature, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. Do not submit text containing Protected Health Information (PHI) or personally identifiable patient data. We do not store clinical note content after processing.
  • No Authentication: Our API does not require authentication. We do not collect or store user accounts for API access.
  • Rate Limiting: We track IP addresses temporarily for rate limiting purposes. This data is not used for any other purpose and is not retained long-term.
  • Third-Party AI Platforms: When using FindICD10 through ChatGPT or Claude, your interactions are also subject to OpenAI's and Anthropic's respective privacy policies.

We may use third-party services, such as analytics tools and advertising networks, which may collect and process data independently. These services include:
